On Monday, January 27th, at 8:15 p.m. // With Olympic sailing champion Lara Vadlau
ORF presenter Rainer Pariasek and psychiatrist and psychotherapist Dr. Michael Musalek will be speaking with Lara Vadlau, the 2024 Olympic sailing champion (470 mixed class), about resolutions and goals and how to implement them consistently.
The medical graduate is Austria’s most successful sailor. With partner Lukas Mähr, she won gold in the 470 mixed class at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Her previous successes are already remarkable—two gold medals (2014, 2015) at the World Championships and two gold medals (2014, 2016) at the European Championships showcase her passion for the sport and her extreme ambition. At the age of seven, she discovered that there is nothing more exciting than sweeping across the water, driven by the wind.
Behind her successes lie great ambition, fighting spirit, consistency, and belief in herself. She talks to Rainer Pariasek and Dr. Michael Musalek about her goal of winning an Olympic medal and her long journey to achieve it, as well as the mechanisms that can help everyone consistently pursue their goals.
